let me introduce blogself

whenever i find a new enjoyable blog, i go back to the first post to find some background info. i like to consider the first post an introduction into a blog. so, welcome to you all.

after toiling over whether i desire my entries to be wedding focused, stationery focused, more about the business, the michigan scene, or just random; i have decided to just stop thinking too much and start writing (i could toil for months!). i’m sure the direction of the blog will take it’s natural path.

i will start by sharing the “behind the scenes” here at syd design as well as covering the stationery industry itself from time to time. speaking about one’s industry and about one’s company is not a new concept, but i hope to show an angle that will be unique to the values of syd’s brand.

for the brides reading, i will also be sharing some resources and information that will hopefully help you find inspiration to add a little paper to your wedding day. i have met some amazing local wedding vendors, and they might even find a voice here as well.

i am head over heels for michigan these days (maybe because it’s summertime:), so you will likely find some mitten love within these posts too.

i will work on a telltale system so that you can instantly know the focus of each post.
